For more than a decade, Michelle has worked alongside children, families, educators, paraprofessionals, and therapists across a variety of early childhood and special education settings.

The Story Behind Visual Foundations™
I created Visual Foundations™ after years of watching incredible adults work incredibly hard while still feeling overwhelmed.
I saw educators, instructional assistants, therapists, and support staff doing their best to help children, often with limited training, inconsistent systems, and little time to prepare.
I also watched new staff members enter classrooms eager to help but unsure where to start.
Visual Foundations™ was created to provide practical tools, shared language, and visual supports that help adults feel more confident and children feel more understood.
